Processing Time:
At Gulper Medical Supplies, we strive to process your orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 2pm EST and in stock at our distribution centers across the US normally ship same day and should arrive to you within 2-3 business days.
Orders received after 2pm EST on Fridays and weekends are processed on Monday. Please note we only ship to the Contiguous United States.
Non-stock or special ordered items typically take longer to receive than items stocked at our distribution centers, as they are often shipped directly from the manufacturer to you. Delivery may take anywhere from 2-4 weeks.
Standard Shipping:
We offer a flat rate shipping of $6.95 per order regardless of weight and destination. All orders are shipped standard ground with your order arriving within 2-5 business days.
Shipping Destinations:
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and international locations. Please call for special order and a freight quote.
Shipping To PO Boxes:
We do not ship to PO Boxes. For secure delivery and tracking, we recommend you provide a physical address when placing an order.
Order Cancellation:
We work hard to get you your order shipped as quickly as possible, so most orders only have less than an hour for cancellations. To cancel an order, please have your order number and contact our customer service team via phone or email.
Recurring Order:
Our reorder program allows you to set up recurring fulfillment of your order without having to visit our website. Auto shipment can be suspended or canceled up to 72 hours before shipment. We also provide a courtesy reminder 7 days before an order is processed.
