Return Policy:

You can return most unopened and undamaged items within 30 days from delivery. Please call our customers service line to begin your return.

Process To Return An item:

With the exception of non-returnable items, all unopened products purchased through us may be returned within 30 days from original purchase date.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and the cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, if your order shipped for free and you’re returning it, we will deduct outbound shipping fee from your refund.

If your return is due to defective product or incorrect item shipped to you, Gulper Medical Supplies will refund the full amount including shipping cost. Shipping error and defect must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

Getting Ready to Return Your Item:

You will need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us to ship your item. Shipping the item back without an RMA number from Gulper Medical Supplies may delay your refund. Please contact us for return instructions.

Preparing To Ship Your Return:

All products must be returned in the original packaging and including all original contents. Items not in their original condition are not returnable. Please ship the item that you are returning in its original box with RMA number on the return shipping label or, on a separate sheet of paper affixed to the box. For prompt processing of your return and refund, please do not write RMA number directly onto the box.

Shipping Method:

Depending on the item, we may require a shipping carrier affiliated with us to pick up the item and deduct shipping fees from your refund. When shipping an item to us, we recommend that you ship the item back using a carrier that provides a tracking number. Being able to track your package in transit is vital for you to ensure that it reaches our distribution center.

When do I get my refund:

We will issue your refund once we’ve received notification that you have returned your item(s). The average time to process a refund is about 7-10 days from when the item is shipped.

Non-Returnable Items:

Any claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 72 hours.
Returns are not accepted for the following items: opened and/or assembled furniture, special order items, opened or used medical items or devices which can no longer be sent back to the manufacturer, custom or made to order products (including custom air & HVAC filters), beverage and any perishable items, medicine, first aid items including refills and first aid kits etc.  We reserve the right to modify non-returnable items.

Recurring Order:

Our reorder program allows you to set up recurring fulfillment of your order without having to visit our website. Auto shipment can be suspended or canceled up to 72 hours before shipment. We also provide a courtesy reminder 7 days before an order is processed.
